
OCAC College is currently catering for students in Secondary School, which is 3 years of JSS (Junior Secondary School), and 3 years of SSS (Senior Secondary School).
Junior Secondary

The curriculum of the Junior Secondary School (JSS) includes all of the basic subjects which enable students to acquire knowledge and foundational skills for the senior secondary school. In line with the Federal Ministry of Education’s directive, the subjects offered at the junior secondary come from two components of Core Subjects and Elective Subjects. The main subjects and electives are:
The main subjects:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Nigerian Language (Hausa, Igbo, and Yoruba)
- Christian Religious Knowledge

- Physical and Health Education
- Basic Science
- Basic Technology
- Social Studies
- Creative and Cultural Arts
- French Language
- Civic Education
- Computer Studies/ICT
The Elective Subjects:
- Agricultural Science
- Home Economics
- Business Studies
Senior Secondary

Our Senior secondary school classes 1-3 are split in 3 departments – Arts, Sciences and Social sciences. The maximum number of subjects a student can take is nine. However, in SS 1 students are allowed the choice of offering more than nine. From SS2 they then drop the excess subject(s).
At the end of their SS3, OCAC College students can write the following examinations:
- West African Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (WASSCE)
- National Examination Council Certificate (NECO)

In addition to the government approved curriculum, we prepare our students for life after secondary school by empowering them with entrepreneurial skills like Craft classes and environmental education which include waste management and recycling classes.
